We are looking for individuals who have a strong passion for driving sales and building relationships, contributing to the overall culture and growth of our clubs. The organisation: We are a newly established, one-stop destination for all things fitness, offering spacious free weights and cardio areas , reformer Pilates , group classes , wellness amenities , and basketball courts all in one comprehensive service. The Role: As a Sales Consultant , you will be responsible for: Proactively generating and nurturing leads through a range of different channels. Booking appointments, coordinating gym tours, and communicating membership promotions/pricing options to potential members. Accurately recording and processing information on our CRM regarding sales and members. Building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing members and providing exceptional customer service. Responding promptly to member inquiries via email, SMS, or in club. Working closely with our teams to execute sales and promotions in club, whilst providing feedback to help refine strategies. Personal skills & attributes: Minimum 2 years’ experience in a sales or customer facing role. Basic knowledge of gym equipment amenities is a must. A genuine passion for fitness and a desire to help individuals from diverse backgrounds kickstart their fitness journey. Adaptable and thrives in fast-paced environments, with a strong willingness to learn and grow. Excellent time management skills with the ability to adapt to varying demands. Proactive and driven, with a strong ability to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
