We are seeking experienced, hands-on Motel Management Couples or Relief Management Couples to support our Queensland properties, with potential for ongoing or long-term contracts for the right candidates. The Opportunity You will step into one of our Queensland motels to oversee daily operations and maintain high standards across all areas of the business. This role requires flexibility, accountability, and the ability to quickly adapt to different properties. Typically, responsibilities are divided between: Administration & Front Office Guest check-in and check-out Managing reservations and OTA platforms RMS or similar booking system management (essential) Handling payments, reconciliations, and general banking Financial reporting and basic bookkeeping Responding to and improving online reviews Budget monitoring and KPI performance Staff supervision and coordination Operations, Rooms & Grounds Housekeeping and room presentation Grounds, pool and garden maintenance General maintenance and minor repairs Liaising with trades when required Stock control and supply monitoring Ensuring the property is presented to a high standard at all times This is a hands-on role. Motel management may require assisting with late check-ins or handling urgent matters as they arise. About You We are looking for couples who: Have previous motel or hotel management experience Familiar using CRM or similar booking systems Have strong financial and administrative capability Possess hands-on maintenance and practical skills Deliver warm, professional customer service Are organised, proactive and accountable Can meet occupancy and SLA (service level agreements) Are adaptable and able to step into different environments Are seeking either relief work with flexibility or potential long-term placement Police clearance and drug screening may be required.
