About the Role Our Heli Crew are the face of our operation — passionate, hands-on, and ready to jump in wherever needed. This is a true all-rounder role combining reservations, customer service, and ground crew duties. You’ll be helping create incredible experiences for our guests while keeping operations running smoothly and safely. What You’ll Be Doing Delivering a warm, professional and memorable experience to every guest Handling reservations, sales enquiries, and bookings (phone, email, and walk-ins) Preparing itineraries for individual and group bookings Processing payments and managing booking systems Coordinating daily operations to maximise efficiency (including transfers and flight schedules) Leading check-ins and conducting safety briefings Assisting with ground operations, including loading and unloading passengers Supporting offsite events and promotional activities Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge Adhering to all safety procedures and CASA regulations About You You’re a people person who enjoys delivering great customer experiences You’re organised, proactive, and can think on your feet You thrive in a fast-paced environment and don’t mind getting your hands dirty You’re a team player who takes pride in doing things properly You bring a positive attitude and a strong safety mindset You’re looking for a stable, long-term role rather than short-term or seasonal work Essential Requirements Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a tourism customer service role Strong computer skills (experience with Take Flight or similar systems is an advantage) Excellent communication and administrative skills (Bilingual communication is an advantage) Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy items as part of day-to-day ground operations Ability to work weekends and public holidays (this is essential) Must be legally eligible to work in Australia Ability to obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) (includes police check and drug & alcohol screening) Why Join Us?
