Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, we are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Risk, Safety and Return to Work Coordinator to: Lead and maintain risk management systems and procedures that ensure a safe work environment and work practices across the College's workforce. Support the operation of the College's Risk Management Committee Coordinate compliance related activity, including liaison with regulatory bodies Develop return to work plans for employees resuming work after illness or injury, with implementation support to line managers Relevant Skills and Experience Tertiary qualifications within a risk and/or compliance discipline (desirable) Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (minimum) Demonstrated experience in leading safety and compliance functions within a multi-disciplined work environment. Strong communication and organisational skills A current Blue Card for working in child related employment (mandatory for commencement). A current (open) QLD drivers licence.
