An exciting opportunity has become available to join our fun and supportive Subscriber Services team as a Subscriber Services Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our subscribers, managing inbound enquiries while completing a range of service-focused administrative tasks across our newspaper titles. Working in a fast-paced contact centre environment, you will play a key role in delivering efficient, high-quality customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every subscriber. Our operating hours are 7am to 4pm Monday - Friday, and 7am to 12pm weekends. Flexibility is essential with weekend availability required for this role. About you: A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service within a contact centre, retail, or hospitality environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with a wide range of customers. A proactive and solutions-focused mindset, with the ability to think on your feet and approach challenges creatively. About the role: Deliver exceptional customer service to our delivery and digital subscribers. Handle a variety of daily enquiries including processing payments, managing delivery holds, setting up new subscriptions. Assist customers with complaints and cancellation requests, taking a proactive and solutions-focused approach. Provide clear, accurate, and consistent information to customers at all times. Ensure every interaction is handled with professionalism and care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
