Full Job Description Location: Perth WA Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 Super Why Join? $150,000 - $200,000 plus Super 9-day fortnight, promoting a healthy work-life balance Opportunity to work on a major commercial construction project Collaborative and supportive project team Long-term career progression with a respected builder Key Responsibilities: Prepare, review and administer subcontract agreements Manage procurement and subcontractor packages Assess and process progress claims and variations Monitor project costs and assist with forecasting Ensure contractual compliance across all project activities Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and consultants Assist with project reporting and financial management Support the delivery team to achieve programme, quality and commercial objectives What You'll Bring: Previous experience as a Contract Administrator within commercial construction Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes Excellent commercial and financial acumen Strong negotiation and communication skills High attention to detail and organisational skills The ability to build positive relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors An outstanding opportunity is available for an experienced Contract Administrator to join the team delivering a large-scale commercial construction project.
