Senior Project Manager – Voice of Customer Day rate: $1000-$1100 6-month initial contract Sydney or Melbourne Organisation We're partnering with a leading Australian organisation undertaking a major customer experience transformation and are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a high-profile Voice of Customer (VoC) program. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a strategic initiative from Discovery through to Delivery, helping reshape how millions of customers interact with digital products and services. Role You will lead a large-scale customer experience transformation, overseeing platform implementation, data migration and stakeholder engagement across both business and technology teams. This role requires someone who is equally comfortable leading executive discussions as they are driving day-to-day project delivery. Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end delivery of a Voice of Customer transformation program. Manage the project through Discovery, Planning, Delivery and Implementation. Translate customer insights and analytics into tangible project outcomes. Deliver a platform implementation and associated data migration. Engage senior business, technology and executive stakeholders throughout the program. Manage project governance, risks, budgets, reporting and delivery milestones. Champion a customer-first approach across all workstreams. Experience Proven Project Management experience delivering Voice of Customer or Customer Experience programs. Superannuation industry experience (essential) with an understanding of member journeys, regulatory obligations and key vendor ecosystems. Strong experience leading technology implementation and data migration projects. Experience working with Voice of Customer platforms such as Qualtrics (highly desirable). Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior executives. A hands-on delivery style with the ability to move seamlessly between strategic planning and execution. Strong governance, reporting and project delivery capability.
