Your Responsibilities Will Include: Assisting with personal care (showering, dressing, grooming, toileting) Supporting mobility and safe transfers Assisting residents with meals and dietary needs Monitoring and reporting changes in health or behaviour Maintaining accurate documentation Working collaboratively with nurses and the wider care team What We’re Looking For Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent Passion for aged care and helping others Friendly, compassionate, and adaptable team player Great communication skills and a positive attitude About Arcare As one of Australia’s leading aged care providers, Arcare operates over 60 residences across QLD, NSW, ACT, SA and VIC, supported by more than 10,000 team members.
