You'll be integral to establishing their local presence and scaling supply into Asia and beyond. Job Description You'll establish and lead the New Zealand sourcing operation from Hawke's Bay, working hands-on with growers, packhouses, and exporters to deliver premium fruit into global markets. This is a build role with full ownership of procurement and supply relationships. Source premium apples directly from growers across key NZ regions Build and scale a reliable network of orchards and supply partners Identify and lease packhouse capacity for packing and storage Oversee cold chain logistics, shipping and export coordination Ensure quality control, traceability and export compliance Collaborate with global teams across India, Chile and Europe Support team build-out across procurement and quality functions The Successful Applicant You're a well-connected procurement professional within New Zealand's agriculture industry, comfortable operating autonomously while building something new on the ground. You understand the full grower-to-export lifecycle and have credibility with growers.
