About the Role Based in our Birtinya office with regular domestic travel we are seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth across our expanding asset finance and commercial lending business. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing strong referral partner relationships, increasing loan application volumes, and strengthening our position as a specialist consumer and commercial asset finance broker. This is a hands-on, relationship-driven role where your ability to develop partnerships and convert opportunities into settlements will directly contribute to business success. About You Skills & Experience Proven experience in business development, sales, or relationship management within asset finance, commercial lending, or financial services Strong understanding of SME lending, equipment finance, and credit processes Demonstrated ability to build and grow referral or intermediary networks Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Highly self-motivated with strong territory and pipeline management capabilities Qualifications Minimum 3–5 years’ relevant industry experience Relevant qualifications in sales, finance or business (desirable) Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly
