Due to continued business growth, we are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional to represent a trusted Australian brand and drive sales growth across the BRISBANE NORTH & SUNSHINE COAST. Experience within the lubricant, automotive, transport, industrial, manufacturing or related sectors will be highly regarded; however, candidates with strong business development and account management experience from other industries are encouraged to apply, as product training will be provided. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow commercial, industrial, and automotive sales channels within your designated territory. Proactively identify, prospect and secure new business opportunities. Deliver exceptional customer service and technical support, fostering long-term client relationships Prepare and assist with tender submissions and proposals Represent the company professionally during client visits and site meetings Undertake regular regional travel, including overnight stays, as required Experience in workshops is a plus but not required Prepare and assist with tender submissions, quotations and proposals. Represent the company professionally during customer visits, site meetings and industry events. Work collaboratively with internal departments while also operating independently within your territory. Undertake regular travel throughout the territory, including overnight stays as required. About You Minimum five years' experience in a field-based sales role managing a designated sales territory. Demonstrated success in prospecting, business development and closing sales opportunities. Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, results-driven and capable of working autonomously. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while taking ownership of individual performance and objectives. Experience within the lubricant, oil, automotive, transport, industrial or manufacturing sectors will be highly regarded. Workshop or mechanical industry experience is advantageous but not essential. Knowledge of the lubricant industry is preferred; however, full product training will be provided to the successful candidate. Current unrestricted driver's licence. Why Join Us?
