They are often the very first person a family meets, and they play a huge role in making children, parents and our therapists feel genuinely welcomed and supported every day. We're searching for an experienced, friendly and highly organised Receptionist / Client Services Officer to join our incredible team in West Leederville. This is a permanent part-time position offering a minimum of 15.2 hours per week across two weekdays. Additional hours may become available from time to time to cover annual leave or assist with business growth. Our reception team are a huge part of that culture. About the Role This is a varied and rewarding front-of-house role where no two days are exactly the same. Your responsibilities will include: • Greeting children and families with warmth and professionalism • Managing incoming phone calls and emails • Scheduling appointments and managing clinician diaries using Cliniko • Processing payments and Medicare claims • Liaising with NDIS participants, plan managers and support coordinators • Assisting with client enquiries and onboarding new families • General administration and reception duties • Supporting our clinical team to ensure each day runs smoothly About You We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service. You'll ideally have: • Previous reception or administration experience (medical or allied health experience is highly regarded but not essential) • Outstanding communication skills • A warm, friendly and confident personality • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail • Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly • The ability to remain calm and positive in a busy environment • A proactive attitude and willingness to support the wider team Most importantly, you'll be someone who enjoys building relationships with families and takes pride in creating an exceptional client experience.
