The Role We are seeking a Bid and Tender Coordinator to support our Sustaining Capital Projects Team located at our West Perth office. Key Responsibilities Coordinate the end-to-end tender process, ensuring submissions are completed accurately and on time. Prepare, write and edit tender responses using technical input from stakeholders across the business. Manage tender portals, client enquiries and submission schedules. Format and enhance tender documents to ensure a professional and consistent presentation. Collaborate with project managers, operational leaders and marketing to gather information and meet submission deadlines. Maintain our tender register, knowledge library and submission success tracking. Support the preparation of schedules, budgets and estimating documentation for tender submissions. Continuously improve tender content, templates and processes to increase efficiency and quality. About You We're open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds, including bid coordination, marketing, communications or business development, provided you have experience working with tenders or proposals. You'll ideally have: Experience coordinating bids, tenders, proposals or submissions. Previous exposure to the mining, maintenance, construction, engineering or infrastructure industries. Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce clear, persuasive and polished documents. Exceptional attention to detail and document formatting skills. Advanced Microsoft Office skills. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines. Confidence working collaboratively with stakeholders across all levels of the business. A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to work autonomously.
