Coordinate and support the delivery of training programs as part of the Centre for Education and Training team across Emergency Services Excellent temporary, part-time opportunity – 64 hours per fortnight (parental leave cover) About the role The Clinical Support Nurse (CSN) will support clinical learning in nursing in Emergency Services in a practical and applied way to ensure nursing care and nursing practice are maintained at the highest level. The position is clinically based, and CSN will be included as a member of the Centre for Education and Training team and will anticipate and respond to the clinical practice needs of newly registered nurses and enrolled nurses working within the clinical area. The role also supports all clinicians working within the clinical area, including conducting competency-based skills, bedside coaching, and mentorship for safe patient outcomes.
