Our naturally preserved landscape serves as the idyllic setting to promote connection, community and foster a spirit of adventure to create lifelong memories, through learning and exploration across our 80 acres of bushland. 2026 is an exciting time in the evolution of Nanga Bush Camp as we expand our administrative team to coordinate, liaise and manage the daily demands of our structured workflow system, bookings process and associated administrative tasks. Based in our West Perth office, this role reports to the director and requires a commitment to produce results and outcomes that align with expectations, whilst demonstrating an ability to cultivate meaningful relationships with our site based team. Most importantly, you will be the initial and ongoing contact for all school enquiries, including our loyal and valued schools to ensure an exceptional guest experience every time. This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday (no weekends). Tasks and Responsibilities Respond efficiently to enquiries with a friendly and informative approach, and provide quotes Manage and maintain our Venue Life booking software. Co-ordinate the workflow and administrative requirements to support bookings for schools, organisations and functions, including organising catering and/or activity schedules. Responsible for updating and maintaining associated spreadsheets and bookings systems Liaising with third party providers and stakeholders that attend and assist at group bookings/functions to ensure relevant documentation is received Maintain and build relationships with the team onsite at the Bush Camp Report to Camp Director on a regular basis Occasional travel to Dwellingup to visit the campsite may be required What we're looking for 2 years of experience in administrative or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality, tourism or outdoor education industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to interact with a diverse range of customers Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively Proficient in using office software, including Google Drive A commitment to meeting the objective of the role and demonstrating personal responsibility for achieving the outcomes required Ability to work autonomously and provide concise and clear updates on the workflow A motivated person that possess a proactive mindset and solution focused approach Experience with Venuelife software preferred, but not necessary What we offer At Nanga Bush Camp, we believe in fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.
