About The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Payable Officer to join our finance team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely payments. Key Responsibilities Process high volumes of invoices with accuracy and efficiencyMatch purchase orders and invoicesMaintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersRespond to internal and external queries in a timely mannerDaily batch processing to confirm accuracy of processing prior to approval of batchesEnsure compliance with company policies and procedures About You Previous experience in an Accounts Payable or similar finance role preferredStrong attention to detail and high level of accuracyExcellent organisational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesStrong communication skills and a customer-service mindsetExperience using accounting systemsIntermediate skills in Microsoft ExcelCommitted to continuous improvement, innovation, and high-quality customer serviceAbility to use initiative, exercise sound judgement, and resolve complex account issuesDemonstrate alignment with Grampians Health values: Compassion, Respect, Accountability, Collaboration, and Innovation.
