Your next opportunity: We are actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Coordinator to support the Sales team in the management of customer accounts and key relationships. This is a part-time position which will be based at our Perth Airport office. Your day will involve: Support sales strategies in conjunction with our Sales Managers for Concrete and QuarriesProvide support in quotations and pricingAssist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations and contracts for tendersAssist the sales team with managing the Customer Relationship Management system (Salesforce)Prepare reports for the sales team regarding customer order progressionImplement and maintain an efficient document control system What are we looking for? Strong administration experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar roleExcellent people skills and communication skillsExperience with document control systems and practicesStrong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise competing deadlinesExperience in the construction or concrete industry (Advantageous)Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Salesforce preferred)Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracyA dedication to quality and a willingness to learn What’s on offer?
