We are growing and looking for a proactive Workshop Administrator / Mobilisation Administrator to join our Kalgoorlie team. We can tailor this role around your skills, experience and preferences. The core focus will be workshop administration and coordinating the mobilisation of our staff to customer sites, but the role does not have to be purely desk-based. If you prefer variety, we can include practical work away from the desk such as helping in the warehouse, putting stock away, assisting with stores, supporting the trade counter, and learning about hydraulic hoses, fittings and components. For the right person, there may also be the opportunity to learn hydraulic hose assembly, including cutting, crimping, testing and tagging hoses. This is a residential Kalgoorlie-based role suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership of their work and is happy working across administration, coordination and hands-on support. About the Role You will help keep the workshop, staff, customers, suppliers and site requirements moving smoothly. You will be an important link between administration, workshop operations, stores, customers and field staff. Key responsibilities may include: Coordinating staff mobilisation requirements for customer sites Booking and tracking medicals, inductions, training, site access and compliance documents Maintaining employee mobilisation records, licences, tickets and expiry dates Liaising with staff, customers and site contacts regarding mobilisation requirements Supporting workshop administration, job paperwork and system updates Assisting with purchase orders, supplier follow-ups and order tracking Helping coordinate parts, deliveries, couriers and customer pickups Supporting stock control, receipting goods, putting stock away and maintaining tidy stores areas Assisting with counter, phone and email enquiries when required Processing sales and general administration tasks Helping technicians by ensuring parts, paperwork and site requirements are organised Opportunity to Learn and Grow This role has genuine long-term potential.
