Job description We are seeking an experienced Brand Protection Manager to join Crimsafe Security Systems, a purpose-led, dynamic and growing manufacturing and fabrication business with operations in Australia, USA, South Africa, New Zealand and Fiji. Successfully operating for 30 years and based in Australia, Crimsafe manufactures security screens and doors for residential and commercial applications, with a vision to make the world a safer place. This role, based in Yatala, Queensland, reports to the Group General Manager, Crimsafe Australia. The Brand Protection Manager is responsible for designing, implementing and managing a national compliance program to ensure licensees comply with their contractual obligations to purchase key components exclusively from Crimsafe. The role plays a critical part in protecting the Crimsafe brand, intellectual property and licensee model by identifying, monitoring and addressing non-compliance across the network. Key Responsibilities Identify and address unauthorised use of the brand, including the management of cease and desist actions. Design and lead a structured licensee compliance and audit program, working in partnership with external audit specialists. Produce regular risk-based compliance reports highlighting priority licensees and emerging trends. Create and deliver a communications strategy to introduce the compliance program across the licensee network. Work with legal advisors on enforcement matters and ensure appropriate action is taken on breaches. Propose enhancements to the Licensee Deed to improve compliance controls and protections. Implement clear procedures for Business Development Managers and staff to support observation and reporting requirements. Engage with internal stakeholders, licensees and legal teams to investigate issues and drive timely resolutions. About You Experience in brand protection, compliance, audit, governance, project or risk management in a relevant industry. Experience in licensee, franchise or dealer network business models. Strong analytical capability with commercial and operational data. Experience working with external auditors and legal advisors. Manufacturing, fabrication, supply chain or product integrity knowledge (highly regarded). High integrity, discretion, strong commercial judgement and the ability to engage firmly but constructively with licensees. Why This Role?
