We are seeking a Coordinator Talent to join a busy Talent Acquisition team supporting high-volume recruitment, onboarding and mobilization activities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration or talent acquisition who enjoys working with people, managing multiple priorities and ensuring a seamless recruitment process from start to finish. Position Details Start: ASAP Duration: 6-month casual contract Roster: Monday to Friday | 7.6 hours per day Location: West Perth Please Note: This role requires an immediate start. About the Role As the Coordinator Talent, you will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end recruitment process while delivering outstanding service to candidates, hiring leaders and internal stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include: Coordinating end-to-end recruitment administration Managing recruitment enquiries and acting as a key point of contact for candidates and stakeholders Coordinating pre-employment requirements including medicals, background checks and assessments Preparing and issuing employment offers while maintaining accurate recruitment records Coordinating onboarding activities, including travel, accommodation, PPE and mobilisation logistics Scheduling interviews, managing calendars and supporting recruitment activities Supporting high-volume recruitment campaigns, candidate engagement and assessment centres Assisting with talent sourcing, talent pooling and recruitment marketing initiatives Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure an efficient recruitment and onboarding experience About You To be successful, you will have: Previous experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, HR administration or a similar support role Experience coordinating onboarding, recruitment administration or high-volume recruitment campaigns Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills The ability to prioritise competing deadlines and work independently A proactive, customer-focused approach with a commitment to continuous improvement Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience working with recruitment systems (highly regarded) If interested, please apply for this fantastic opportunity!
