We have an immediate full-time vacancy for a skilled Engineering Surveyor to join our growing team in Perth. In this role, you will deliver high-precision spatial layouts, set-outs, and construction verification data across our active residential construction, subdivision, and development projects. Key Duties:Perform full-scope engineering surveying operations across diverse residential and construction sites. Conduct high-precision building set-outs, site surveys, and as-built (as-con) asset mapping. Operate and calibrate modern surveying instruments, including robotic total stations and GNSS hardware. Download, analyze, and translate complex spatial datasets into clean Trimble, Civilcad, or AutoCAD files. Interface directly with on-site builders, supervisors, and project teams to ensure reliable project delivery. Selection Criteria:Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Surveying, Spatial Science, or an equivalent technical qualification. Experience: Minimum 3 years of full-time, hands-on experience as an active Engineering Surveyor. Technical: Verified site confidence utilizing Trimble, Civilcad, AutoCAD, or similar industry software. Licensing: Must hold a valid Australian driver's licence to operate company field vehicles.
