About the Role We are looking for an organised and proactive Client Services Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a varied and rewarding role that offers the opportunity to work across multiple areas of the business while providing genuine opportunities for career growth and professional development. Key Responsibilities Your responsibilities will include: Welcoming clients, and visitors, creating a professional and friendly first impression. Managing incoming phone calls, emails, and client enquiries, ensuring prompt, accurate and professional communication and maintaining accurate client and project records. Providing administrative support, including ordering, reviewing, and filing surveys, engineering reports, site assessments. Preparing, lodging, and monitoring planning and building approval applications, Liaising with local councils, developers, and external consultants for approvals. Managing homeowner enquiries during the maintenance period, coordinating warranty requests, and ensuring items are resolved efficiently through to completion. About You To be successful in this role, you will bring: Previous administration, customer service, or project coordination experience (experience within the residential building industry is highly regarded). Excellent organisational, written, and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy. A proactive, adaptable attitude with excellent time management Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Truth Engine experience a plus) The ability to build positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
