Benefits offered $87,497.28 per annum (pro rata) superannuation Mobile laptop provided A fantastic culture and workplace community Flexible working arrangements (home and Belmont office) 4 weeks annual leave and additional 2 weeks paid leave over festive period Access to EAP services for you and your family About this role The Housing and Leases Coordinator is the first point of contact across the One Tree Central (OTC) services for the purpose of: Overseeing residential housing leases, maintenance and handovers; Managing relationships with letting agencies and key stakeholders; Managing inventory across all houses; and supporting other easing functions as required, including management of vehicles and property leases About you Living and eligible to work in Australia Current driver’s license Ability to travel if required Previous housing management, property administration or elated coordination experience, with exposure to vehicle leasing desirable. Well-developed verbal and written communication skills to ensure information is conveyed clearly and accurately Computer skills, use of Excel and Word Effective administration, time management and organisation skills Evidence of problem-solving skills Experience in customer service roles requiring efficient service delivery *Please note only candidates currently located in Perth will full working rights will be considered.
