About the Role As an Administration Support Officer, you will provide administrative support across a variety of departments, including: Human Resources Payroll Marketing Finance Front Reception Your responsibilities will include: Providing professional administrative support to internal teams Welcoming visitors and managing front reception enquiries Assisting with document preparation, filing and record management Supporting payroll, HR, finance and marketing administration Maintaining accurate data and confidential records Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders Assisting with general office administration and daily operations About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A positive attitude and willingness to learn The ability to manage competing priorities Experience using Microsoft Office applications The ability to work both independently and as part of a team Mandatory Requirements The successful applicant will be required to obtain or hold: Blue Card Yellow Card (NDIS Worker Screening Clearance) National Police History Check Why Join MEGT?
