Description NSW CTP Common Law Claims Advisor Sydney NSW | Permanent Full-Time | Hybrid Working The Role At Suncorp, we help people through some of life’s toughest moments. As a Common Law Claims Advisor within our NSW CTP Claims team in Sydney, you’ll be supporting customers through their recovery journey while delivering fair, timely and sustainable claim outcomes. You’ll manage a portfolio of complex personal injury claims, working closely with customers, solicitors, medical professionals and internal specialists to achieve just and efficient resolutions. This role is a permanent full-time role based in Sydney and offers a hybrid working environment that supports both collaboration and flexibility. What You’ll Do Manage a portfolio of complex Common Law personal injury claims from start to resolution Negotiate pre-proceedings and litigated claims with claimants, solicitors and stakeholders Review and interpret medical, financial, rehabilitation and investigative evidence to make sound decisions Develop and execute effective claims strategies to achieve timely and cost-effective outcomes Attend settlement conferences and hearings as required Collaborate with Technical Advisors, Injury Management Advisors and Legal teams Ensure compliance with legislation, regulatory requirements and internal procedures Skills & Experience Degree in Law, Business, Commerce, Allied Health or related discipline (desirable) Experience in insurance, personal injury, legal, allied health or claims management highly regarded Strong customer focus and stakeholder engagement skills Excellent written and verbal communication Strong negotiation and conflict resolution capability Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex information and make decisions Career Growth & Development We’re committed to helping you build a long-term career.
