In this role, you will: Own claims portfolio performance, delivering timely, fair and customer-focused outcomes while managing costs and return-to-health results Lead and develop a high-performing team through coaching, capability uplift and performance management Resolve complex claims and escalations to achieve balanced, high-quality outcomes for customers and the business Ensure strong risk management by embedding compliance with policies, regulations and claims frameworks Optimise operational delivery through effective resource planning, workflow management and performance monitoring Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practice claims strategies and leading change within the team
