Assistant Centre Manager - Kidscape Early Learning | Ballarat Region Kidscape Early Learning is seeking a passionate, experienced and motivated Assistant Centre Manager to support all of our services within the Ballarat region. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong early childhood leader who is confident in supporting daily operations, mentoring educators and contributing to high-quality outcomes for children, families and teams. About the role As Assistant Centre Manager, you will work closely with the Centre Manager and wider Kidscape leadership team to support the smooth day-to-day operations of the service. You will be responsible for: Supporting daily service operations Assisting with compliance, staffing, ratios and daily service needs Providing leadership, guidance and support to educators Building positive relationships with children, families and team members Supporting quality improvement, policies, procedures and regulatory requirements Assisting with enrolments, family communication and service presentation Contributing to a positive, professional and supportive team culture To be successful, you will need: Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or equivalent approved qualification Previous leadership experience within an early childhood setting Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework, National Law and Regulations Current Working with Children Check Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training, or willingness to obtain Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills A professional, reliable and proactive approach A genuine passion for mentoring teams and supporting high-quality outcomes for children Why join Kidscape?
