About the role The Fellowship Services team encourages member engagement with the College by supporting a range of committees, interest groups, working groups and sections, and providing personalised, meaningful opportunities for networking, advocacy and professional development. This role contributes to the team by: Coordinating the delivery of key events including the annual Younger Fellows Forum, the biennial Cowlishaw Symposium and webinars, working closely with conveners on programs, venues, speakers and logistics Provide secretariat support to College sections and committees, including preparing agendas, papers and minutes and ensuring actions are completed Prepare reports, papers and newsletters for internal and external stakeholders Work with the Manager to implement project plans in line with key objectives and timelines, including proposals, project initiation documents and progress reports Contribute material for member communications with the communications team, including newsletters, social media and the website This role is predominantly office-based to support in-person member service delivery and team collaboration, with flexibility considered in line with operational requirements. Some after hours and weekend work will be required. About you You are an organised, proactive coordinator who enjoys working with senior stakeholders and takes pride in delivering polished events and communications.
