About the role Coordinate and prepare patients for advanced cardiac imaging procedures such as CT Coronary Angiogram and Cardiac MRI. Monitor patients' vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and overall condition before, during, and after imaging procedures to ensure safety and comfort. Administer medications, contrast agents, and IV cannulation in accordance with clinical protocols and cardiologist/radiologist instructions. Educate patients and families about cardiac imaging procedures, pre-test preparation, post-procedure care, and follow-up requirements. Collaborate with cardiologists, radiographers, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to maintain accurate documentation, support diagnostic workflows, and deliver high-quality patient care. About you Currently registered as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with the Australian Health Professionals Regulation Agency Advanced Life Support (ALS) trained, cannulation skills and clinical experience in Cardiology/Radiology is highly desirable Demonstrated effective time management skills and ability to prioritise competing workloads within a complex environment Demonstrated ability to work within the interdisciplinary team using effective communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated evidence of integration of theoretical knowledge and clinical skills, critical thinking and analysis your daily practice Why work at St Vincent's?
