Business Coordinator Expressions of interest to join Screen NSW a division within the Department of Creative Industries, Tourism, Hospitality and Sport Clerk Grade 5/6 with a salary range of $99,938 - $110,271 per annum plus superannuation Temporary 11-month role based in Sydney, NSW About the role As the Business Coordinator, you will provide high‑quality executive, administrative and project support to the Executive Director, Screen NSW. You will play a key role in supporting day‑to‑day business operations and helping the Executive Director and team meet their priorities. You will manage diaries and correspondence, coordinate meetings and travel, prepare documents and provide practical support to projects and initiatives. You will also help keep systems and processes running smoothly by maintaining records, arranging procurement and looking for simple ways to improve how work is done. This role is primarily office‑based at 80 George Street. You will coordinate and set up meeting rooms, welcome and assist visitors, and help ensure meetings and events run smoothly. This includes preparing spaces, supporting on‑site logistics and providing a professional first point of contact for guests. This role requires you to manage competing priorities, meet timeframes and handle information with care and discretion. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders and contribute to positive team outcomes. About you You are organised, reliable and comfortable supporting senior leaders in a fast‑paced environment. You can manage multiple tasks at the same time and adjust priorities when needed. You have experience providing executive or administrative support and are confident using everyday workplace tools such as Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. You communicate clearly, prepare accurate documents, and follow up actions to completion. You enjoy working collaboratively, provide good customer service and build positive working relationships. You are proactive, take responsibility for your work, and are committed to learning and improving how things are done.
