About the role: We’re excited to offer a full-time opportunity for a Packing Manager to join our Priceline Alice Springs team! In this key leadership role, you’ll drive the success of our packing operations by leading a high-performing team and ensuring smooth, efficient day-to-day workflow. You’ll play a vital part in maintaining accuracy, compliance, and service excellence. Working closely with the Packing Pharmacist Manager, you’ll also oversee administrative processes and external communications, helping to deliver safe, high-quality packing services that meet all regulatory standards. Your working day will look like: Providing supportive leadership, training and guidance to the packing team, fostering collaboration, confidence, and success in their daily tasks Overseeing daily workflows to ensure accuracy, efficiency, compliance and delivery of daily packing deadlines. Assisting pharmacists within the packing area as needed Packing Dose Administration Aid (DAA) packs with a high level of precision and care Managing and maintaining patient DAA accounts Coordinating administrative tasks and external communications to support operations Ordering, receiving, and unpacking dispensary stock Ensuring the dispensary remains clean, organised, and compliant with all regulatory standards Coordinating deliveries and ensuring deadlines are consistently met About You: Ideally you will possess the following: Certificate III In Community Pharmacy (Dispensary stream) or equivalent experience (highly regarded) Proven experience in dispensing and Dose Administration Aid (DAA) packing Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills Ability to coordinate packing and administrative tasks efficiently High level of accuracy and attention to detail How To Apply: If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for working in pharmacy we want to hear from you!
