You will manage a well-maintained residential portfolio of approximately 100 to 130 properties, overseeing the full property management lifecycle while working alongside a dedicated leasing team who handle all leasing responsibilities. With no new business expectations, you can focus on building strong relationships, providing exceptional service and ensuring your portfolio is managed efficiently.
