What a typical day looks like: Lead the day-to-day operations and culture of the office, fostering a positive, connected and enjoyable working environment. Act as the go-to person for staff, visitors and external contacts, managing enquiries and general correspondence with warmth and professionalism. Provide executive support to the senior executive team, helping them stay organised and focused on priorities. Administer actions through the HRIS - Employment Hero Manage the finance and payroll function, accounts payable and receivable, complete bank, credit card and transaction reconciliations including liaising with the Group Financial Manager and external accountant on bookkeeping, and BAS-related matters as required. Drive initiatives that strengthen team culture, communication and the overall employee experience in the office. About you: Minimum certificate IV in Bookkeeping - Degree or higher highly desirable but not essential. Proven experience in office management, administration or a similar people-facing support role. Confident liaising with senior leaders and able to provide proactive, trusted executive support. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities while keeping the office running smoothly. Clear, confident communicator who can engage easily with people at all levels. A professional, trustworthy and proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
