Support employee relations, performance management and workplace investigations. Co-ordinate HR projects, audits, and reports Maintain HR platforms, systems, and workflows Selection Criteria Previous experience maintaining HR information systems; Employment Hero (highly regarded but not essential) Strong organisational and time management skills, Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail Proactive and self-motivated Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality Qualifications Tertiary qualification in Commerce/HR or a related discipline (highly regarded but not essential).
