Three Points Core Support & Services Pty Ltd is currently seeking Casual Support Workers (Male & Female) to join our growing team in Townsville , Queensland. These roles involve providing in-home support services within the aged and disability care sectors. Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required for these positions. About the Role As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for: Providing personalised, high-quality support to clients, including: Assistance with daily living activities Personal care Community access and social engagement Advocating for clients’ rights while promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing Following all organisational policies, procedures, and safety guidelines Working collaboratively with the wider care team to implement individualised support plans Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation Actively participating in training and professional development A Working with Vulnerable People Check must be obtained within 30 days of commencement . What We’re Looking For Minimum 1 year experience in aged care and/or disability support (essential) Strong understanding of the needs and challenges faced by people in aged and disability care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A compassionate, patient, and person-centred approach First Aid & CPR certification (must be held prior to commencement if not current) Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport Relevant Certificate III qualification (desirable but not essential) What We Offer At Three Points Core Support & Services, we value our staff and the important work they do.
