The Adelaide Production and Treatment Alliance (P&T Alliance) is a partnership between SA Water and SUEZ, responsible for operating and maintaining five water treatment plants across metropolitan Adelaide. Our Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Electrical Team Leader to lead electrical maintenance activities at Glenelg WWTP and other southern metro sites. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead a small team of electricians and contractors, ensuring assets are maintained safely, efficiently, and to the highest operational standards. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines technical expertise, people leadership, and asset performance. Key Responsibilities Lead planned and reactive electrical maintenance activities. Supervise, coach, and develop electricians and apprentices. Provide technical support across PLC, SCADA, and control systems. Promote a strong safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance. Coordinate contractors and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. Support maintenance planning, reporting, procurement, and budgeting. Identify and implement improvements to asset reliability and plant performance. About You To succeed in this role, you will bring: Electrical trade qualification and unrestricted electrical licence. Experience leading teams within industrial, utilities, manufacturing, or maintenance environments. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, VSDs, PLCs (Allen Bradley/Siemens), and SCADA. Experience with CMMS platforms such as Maximo or SAP. Strong troubleshooting, planning, and communication skills. Current unrestricted driver's licence.
