This role would suit either: An experienced Shotcrete Operator looking for a stable, long-term position, or A hardworking HR-licensed driver who is eager to learn a specialised trade and build a rewarding career. If you have a strong work ethic, enjoy working outdoors, and are willing to learn, we want to hear from you. About the Role You will be involved in a variety of shotcreting projects across the Gold Coast, Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, and Northern NSW regions. While previous shotcrete experience is highly regarded, full training will be provided to the right candidate. A key requirement of this role is the ability to safely operate our HR trucks and transport equipment to and from work sites.
