Duties: Facilitate ICT procurement including the task of retrieving quotes from vendors, approvals, facilitating the procurement and other project related commercial enquiries. Maintain and facilitate renewal of ICT procurement by validating the renewal details to ensure the information is correct and valid. Maintain and develop Commercial Management Framework including policies, procedures, strategies, tools, work instructions and standards relating to ICT procurement. Provide high level advice on future efficiencies to be gained through review of existing and potential internal and whole of government arrangements and panels. Skills & Experience: Demonstrated Commonwealth procurement experience in a large organisation, including understanding of the CPRs. Demonstrated ability to gather and investigate information from a variety of sources and explores new ideas and different viewpoints in the procurement field.
