We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead the day to day rollout of complex projects to clients worldwide from contract sign off through to final delivery. We’re looking for someone who can help drive our projects forward, quickly becoming the expert in internal systems and operational workflows to deliver all projects on time, in scope and within budget. Key Responsibilities Own the master view of every live research project and its critical path Build realistic timelines and hold them. Spot slippage early and bring a recovery plan, not just a problem Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure each player knows what they are responsible for and when it is due Own client-facing project communication - status, scheduling, logistics and expectations Track and report on project performance against key milestones, budgets, and quality metrics to internal leadership and client stakeholders Supplier management, including relationship building with premium panel suppliers Leading internal communications on projects, including recording meeting notes and ensuring decisions are well documented among the relevant members of a project team Provide non-technical support to help deliver immediate assistance to customer enquiries Support the implementation of new processes and procedures Act as a key liaison between cross-functional teams (Product, Data, Engineering, Sales) to ensure unified execution and alignment Collaborate with internal stakeholders to help build and shape processes for greater efficiency Raise and manage project risks Let us be clear about what this role is This is a delivery and operations role, and we are proud of that. People always know where things stand because you tell them before they ask. • You are comfortable with ambiguity. You figure things out, and when you cannot, you ask the right question fast. • You stay calm with several competing deadlines in the air. Bonus points for • A background in market research, media measurement, or data and insights. • Experience running international projects across multiple timezones. • Enough comfort with data workflows to manage them confidently.
