ABOUT THE ROLE As a Project Director , you will manage a multi-project portfolio that includes the residential, mixed-use, retail, and accommodation sectors. Your aim is to be considered a true market leader — responsible not only for successful project delivery, but for strengthening client relationships, leveraging your network, and driving new business opportunities. Your ability to influence, connect, and convert will be just as critical as your technical capability. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the delivery of complex, high-value projects from inception through to completion Drive business growth through strong industry connections and proactive client engagement Identify, pursue, and secure new opportunities across key sectors Maintain and deepen long-standing client relationships to generate repeat business Contribute to bids, proposals, and strategic positioning in the market Provide commercial leadership across project performance, forecasting, and risk management Build, mentor, and lead high-performing project teams SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline 7 years’ experience in client-side or consultancy environments An existing industry network and client relationships in the Brisbane market Demonstrated success delivering major projects end-to-end (residential experience highly regarded; retail desirable) Currently working as an established Project Director or veteran SPM Highly developed communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills If you’re ready to step into a role where your reputation, and delivery capability can result in significant career progress APPLY NOW.
