The position has become available due to one of their female GPs relocating to their northern sister practice following a residential move. You will join a warm and cohesive team of four experienced GPs who value peer support, clinical autonomy, and a collaborative working environment. To ensure you can focus entirely on patient care, the practice offers: Full Nurse Support: Dedicated, highly skilled nursing staff to assist with care plans, immunizations, health assessments, and minor procedures. On-site Services: Convenient access to on-site allied health (including physiotherapy) and pathology services. Modern Systems: The practice is fully digitalized, utilizing Best Practice software to streamline your daily workflows. ABOUT THE ROLE This is a full-time position offering an incoming GP the perfect balance of a strong earning safety net and high long-term billing potential. Established Patient Base: Step into an active patient pipeline left behind by a relocating doctor, ensuring you are busy from day one. Billing Structure: Operating on a highly successful mixed-billing model. Competitive Percentage: Receive 70% of shared billings Safety Net Guarantee: To support your transition, our client is offering an initial guarantee of $150 per hour for your first 3 months. Flexible Weekends: Weekend work is entirely optional. If you choose to work weekends, you can take advantage of significantly higher earning capacities.
