We are currently seeking an experienced Community & Stakeholder Engagement Advisor to join our team and support stakeholder and community engagement activities across Clean Energy Link North. About the Role Reporting to the Community & Stakeholder Engagement Manager, you will support the delivery of community and stakeholder engagement activities across major infrastructure projects. Acting as a key point of contact for residents, landholders, businesses, community groups and other stakeholders, you will help build positive relationships, manage enquiries and concerns, and ensure clear, consistent and transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle Key Responsibilities Support the implementation of project Stakeholder and Community Engagement Plans. Conduct face-to-face stakeholder engagement activities, including community visits, door knocking campaigns and attendance at community events. Manage community enquiries and concerns, ensuring timely, accurate and consistent responses. Build and maintain positive relationships with landholders, residents, businesses, community groups and other project stakeholders. Engage with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds, adapting communication styles to suit different audiences and situations. Manage challenging conversations, concerns and complaints in a calm, respectful and professional manner. Attend community meetings, information sessions and site visits as required. Prepare communication materials including newsletters, fact sheets, emails and digital content. Capture project activities through photography and assist with project communications. Maintain stakeholder databases, engagement records and reporting systems. Work closely with internal project teams to communicate project impacts and activities. Assist with complaint management, including logging, tracking and supporting issue resolution. Identify emerging community issues and escalate risks or sensitive matters as required. About You Qualifications in Community Development, Communications, Public Relations, Social Work or a related discipline. Minimum 2 years experience in community engagement, stakeholder relations, communications or a similar advisory role. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills. Excellent organisational and time management abilities with strong attention to detail.
