Perth CBD with easy access to public transport Permanent part time, 3 days per week, with flexibility for the right candidate Full ownership of internal recruitment and onboarding across two offices Internal recruitment experience and an established network within the Perth recruitment market Role Opportunity Titan Recruitment is on a growth trajectory, and this newly created position will own and drive internal recruitment across our Perth and Brisbane offices. Based in our Perth office and working closely with our leadership team, you will manage the end-to-end internal recruitment process to attract high-calibre consultants who align with our culture and values. A vital component of this role is ownership of onboarding. We believe the way we welcome, train and support our new starters is fundamental to their success and ours. You will create, manage and continually improve onboarding sprint plans and training programs, ensuring every Titan is set up to thrive from day one. Benefits The care factor.
