The Role We are currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Advisor to join our Operational Services Team in a full-time capacity, based at our West Perth office. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment of operational leadership, technical, and corporate positions across the business. With a strong focus on recruiting Supervisors, Superintendents, and other frontline leadership roles across shutdown, maintenance, and operational functions, you will also support the attraction and hiring of corporate professionals across a range of disciplines. This includes sourcing high-calibre candidates, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and supporting workforce planning initiatives to meet both operational and corporate workforce demands. Key Responsibilities Manage the recruitment of a diverse range of operational, leadership, technical, and corporate roles. Advertise and source candidates through a variety of platforms, networks, and talent pools. Assist in recruitment campaigns aligned to business objectives and workforce requirements. Shortlist and assess candidates using appropriate selection methods, including reference checks, phone screening, face-to-face interviews, and background checks. Collect and verify candidate qualifications, licences, tickets, certifications, and other required documentation. Utilise Warrikal and client systems (including JobAdder) to manage recruitment and onboarding activities. Engage with operational leaders and corporate stakeholders to develop strong working relationships and provide recruitment support and advice. Leverage internal recruitment metrics and market insights to influence recruitment strategies and outcomes. Build, manage, and maintain talent pools to support current and future hiring requirements. Provide regular recruitment reporting, workforce insights, and data to support business planning and decision-making. Deliver a positive candidate experience and ensure recruitment activities are completed efficiently and professionally.
