Your customers will include: Local councils Landscape architects Playground equipment manufacturers Civil and landscape contractors Schools and education providers Developers and recreation specialists You'll work closely with key decision-makers from specification through to project completion, positioning high-quality safety surfacing solutions that deliver compliance, durability and long-term value. Key responsibilities include: Developing new business opportunities across Queensland Building relationships with existing and prospective customers Managing project opportunities from specification through to completion Working with contractors, designers and consultants to secure specifications Delivering product presentations and technical advice Maintaining a healthy sales pipeline through proactive business development Representing the business at industry events and networking opportunities Providing accurate sales forecasting and market intelligence To be successful in this role, you'll bring: Proven Business Development or Account Management experience Previous experience within the playground industry is essential Existing relationships with councils, landscape architects, contractors or playground manufacturers will be highly regarded Experience selling specification-based or project-driven solutions Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills A self-motivated, autonomous approach to territory management Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities A genuine passion for winning new business and developing long-term partnerships The Company Our client is a globally recognised manufacturer of innovative safety surfacing solutions used throughout playgrounds, schools, parks, recreation facilities and commercial environments.
