About the Role We are currently recruiting for multiple opportunities across Brisbane for both Estimators and Supervisors, including dual Estimator/Supervisor positions and standalone Estimator or Supervisor roles. Reporting to the National Manager, you'll be responsible for assessing insurance claims, preparing scopes of work and cost estimates, and overseeing repair projects from commencement through to completion. Working closely with insurers, homeowners, and trades, you'll ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. This is a work-from-home role with travel required across the Brisbane region for site inspections and project supervision. Key Responsibilities: Prepare accurate scopes of work, estimates, and insurance assessment reports. Conduct site inspections, including roof and cavity inspections where required. Manage residential insurance repair projects from assessment through to completion, coordinating trades, schedules, budgets, quality, safety, and timelines. Liaise with insurers, homeowners, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and strong working relationships. About You: Experience as an Estimator, Supervisor, Insurance Builder, or in a similar construction role. Strong construction knowledge, ideally with a trade background or Construction Management qualification. QBCC Supervisor Licence and experience preparing scopes, estimates, and managing residential building projects. Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills, with knowledge of the NCC, Australian Standards, and WHS requirements. Insurance building experience will be highly regarded.
