Reporting to the Group Chief Operating Officer, this role is about increasing organisational capability across the group with its multiple brands and businesses. You will connect with operations, understand business priorities, and act decisively to manage day-to-day people matters, while developing and implementing HR programs that empower managers to deliver business growth. A key part of the role will be coaching leaders to build capability, strengthen performance, and confidently lead their teams through growth and change. Safety will sit under your remit with responsibility for injury management, training, compliance tracking and incidence response. You You work with leaders to understand their business priorities and enjoy connecting people and culture in practical ways to realise company goals. You are self-motivated and can take ownership of project tasks, motivate others, and deliver successful outcomes. You can balance operational and strategic HR. Your experience includes exposure to most of what HR can offer and it is likely that you have seen what quality HR looks like in a complex, dynamic environment.
