Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join their WA team, supporting both project teams and the wider business from their Perth office and various project locations. The Role: Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, you will play a key role in delivering effective people initiatives across the WA business while partnering closely with operational leaders, project teams and corporate stakeholders. This is a hands-on HR Advisor role suited to someone who enjoys building strong relationships, being visible across projects and acting as a trusted advisor to leaders at all levels. You will support a broad range of HR activities including employee relations, workforce planning, talent attraction, development initiatives and nationally driven HR programs. A key focus of the role will be supporting the WA Graduate and Cadet programs, including coordinating rotations, monitoring development plans, supporting project placements and partnering with leaders to ensure successful program outcomes.
