What you'll be doing Conduct inspections and assessments in line with legislation and standards Independently approve or refuse plumbing applications Provide expert technical advice to industry and the community Manage trade waste, backflow, and on-site sewage compliance Contribute to policy development and program improvements Build strong relationships with stakeholders and industry partners You'll bring both technical expertise and sound judgement, balancing compliance with practical, customer-focused outcomes. What we're looking for A Queensland Plumbing and Drainer’s Licence (with or working towards endorsements like Backflow Prevention, TMVs, Solar/Heat Pump Hot Water, On-site Sewage Facilities). Strong knowledge of plumbing and drainage compliance and legislation. Great problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret technical plans and codes.
