About the Role This is a dynamic hands-on position with workshop-based mechanical repairs. Diagnose and repair faults in vehicles, using your technical expertise and the latest diagnostic equipment Carry out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks, including servicing, replacing parts and assist with general workshop duties as required Test and inspect vehicles to ensure they meet safety and performance standards Foster a positive, collaborative and team orientated culture within the workshop Deliver exceptional customer service and advice to clients as required Maintain a safe, clean, and organised work environment while ensuring the proper use of tools and specialised equipment What We’re Looking For Formal qualification in Automotive Mechanics Hands-on mechanical experience Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues Current driver&39;s license (essential) Experience with European vehicles highly regarded Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Good communication skills and the ability to explain technical information to customers and team members Reliable, punctual, conscientious, and adaptable, with a strong work ethic Willing to work with more learning skills What we offer Competitive wages Supportive and inclusive work environment Modern facilities with access to a large variety of modern diagnostic equipment Supportive team with positive and energetic environment Ongoing training and development opportunities Long-term career stability Work-Life Balance - Full Time | Monday – Friday.
